Vancouver resume and demo reel clinic this Saturday
Young Vancouver journalists will have the opportunity to get get some personal feedback on their resumes from media professionals this coming Saturday, October 19th.
The mentorship session, hosted by the Asian Canadian Journalists Association, is open to all students and early-career journalists. The event will include a presentation on demo reels, one-on-one time with a media professional, and opportunities for networking. “Resume doctors” from such media outlets as The Georgia Straight, OMNI Television, CBC and the Vancouver Sun will be on hand to offer advice on resume and cover letter preparation.
